Refund policy
MOM FIRST RETURN POLICY
At Mom First, we take pride in the quality of every garment we sell. If you have received the correct order but are unsatisfied with the item, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please read our return policy below for more details:
Exchanges and Shipping:
- Mom First does not cover the shipping cost for money back returns.
- Mom First does not cover the shipping cost for store credit.
- We offer free exchanges, and we cover the shipping cost for the exchange of the item(s).
- Once we receive the item, your return or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Returns for Money Back Refund:
- Mom First does not cover the shipping cost for money back returns.
- Products must be in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, and must have the original tags still attached. No exceptions.
- If the item shows any signs of wear, a money back refund will not be provided, and you will be given store credit instead.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
- Mom First does not cover the shipping cost for store credit.
- Mom First covers the shipping cost for EXCHANGES in the UNITED STATES ONLY. Customers in countries outside of the USA are responsible for return shipping cost.
- Products must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and should be returned in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept items covered in animal/human hair, items that smell like they have been washed, or products with a scent of smoke, cologne, deodorant markings, or sweat stains.
- All items marked as "Final Sale" or "Sale," or those purchased during holidays, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
Please follow these steps to start a return or exchange process:
- Package the Items: Securely pack the items in the original or other shipping appropriate packaging.
- Include a Reference: Include the original packing slip you received with your order or alternatively place a note inside the package with your full name and order number
- Ship the Items: Send the package to the RETURN ADDRESS indicated in the packing slip you received with your order. If you can not locate the RETURN ADDRESS please contact info@momfirst.net and we will confirm the RETURN ADDRESS for you.
- Provide Tracking Information: Once shipped, please email info@momfirst.net with the tracking number so we can monitor the return’s progress.
Once we receive confirmation the items have been received, we will process your refund promptly.
Status of Your Return or Exchange:
If you have already initiated a return, exchange, or store credit request, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Our team will email you to confirm the status once the return is processed.
Incorrect Item:
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at info@momfirst.net and include the following information:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Photo of the incorrect item and packing list. Upon confirming that you received the wrong item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item.
Damaged or Defective Item:
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email info@momfirst.net and provide the following details:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Your request (refund or send another product?)
- Photograph clearly showing the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, taken on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in future printing.
